Lifestyle Coaching VIP 1:1 Nutrition Only
This is our most popular option for nutrition coaching. This option is suitable for someone wanting to change lifestyle habits or wanting to achieve a physical goal whether that is fat loss, increase muscle, or body recomposition. These results are often produced through a flexible dieting approach (macros), however, each client is different and each plan is based on the clients level of knowledge as well as what their goal is.
VIP Nutrition Coaching includes:

Once your form is submitted you will receive more information by email including prices, instruction on operation, and a consultation video from your potential future coach. After watching video you will have the opportunity to schedule a call if you have further questions.

One Time Custom Program
This is a one-time progressive overload program that can be followed followed for 12-18 weeks.
The program will be built and tailored to your goals, the equipment you have available, the number of days you can / should train.
You will receive a google sheet that you can track all reps and weights
Videos will be provided for each movement.
Substitutions can be provided.

Custom Strength Program Coaching
If you are looking for a program designed just for you and your specific goal we can do that. Strength training programs are designed around your goals, lifting experience, and gym equipment available. Custom programs are great for people new to lifting; for people competing and needing specific goals; for people with a home gym and/or limited equipment; for people who are wanting weekly feedback on movement and adjustments made to program based on form videos and strength progression. The program is designed with your goals in mind.
Strength Program Coaching does require clients to submit videos of movements each week for coaching feedback. All videos will be submitted to a dropbox. Once videos are critiqued and log books are checked adjustments may be made to protocol. Included with programming:
Weekly Video form checks and critiques / feedback
Adjustments / modifications to protocol as we go
Weight recommendations

Competition Coaching - Bikini or Wellness
This coaching is for women wanting to prep for competing in either bikini or wellness. This includes macro based coaching for the entirety of the contest prep. A customized strength training program can also be included.
